Privacy policy
This website is operated by PXP Point Real Estate L.L.C (“PXP”), a licensed real-estate broker in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It presents Richmond Residences, a project by Mira Developments, and is not the developer’s website.
What we collect
When you send a form we receive the name, phone number and, if you give them, the email address and message you typed, together with the page you were on, the first page you opened on this visit, the address of the page you came from, how long you spent on the page, the button you pressed, the language of the page, your device type, your browser's language and time zone, the country of the phone number you typed, and the advertising parameters (utm, gclid, fbclid and similar) in the address of that page or of the first page of your visit. With every form we also receive the IP address of your connection and its approximate location. The first time you tap the phone field, the page asks ipwho.is, a location service, for your country's dialling code so the field starts with it; ipwho.is sees your IP address to answer. If you accept cookies we also record analytics identifiers.
Why
To answer your enquiry, to send you the file you asked for, and to understand which advertising brings enquiries. We keep your details in our customer system (AmoCRM), our email and our internal messaging for as long as we work with you and for the period required by UAE law.
Who sees it
PXP staff, and the processors we use to run the site and the customer system (Vercel, AmoCRM, Telegram, our email provider, and ipwho.is for the dialling code), and the advertising platform named under "Advertising measurement" below, in the form described there. We do not sell your details. We may pass your enquiry to Mira Developments only when you ask us to reserve a unit.
Cookies
Analytics and advertising cookies are set when you use the site. You can decline them in the banner and the site still works.
The site also keeps four small notes in your browser: your answer to the cookie banner; the dialling code looked up for the phone field; the first page you opened on this visit, which is sent with your form so we know which page or advertising brought you; and the browser identifier described below. The dialling code and the first page are kept only until you close the tab.
Browser identifier
To measure how well advertising works, the site may store a random pseudonymous identifier, pxp_vid. It does not directly contain your name, phone number or email address, and it helps to recognise the same browser when advertising results are measured. The identifier is not created, and is deleted, if you decline advertising cookies.
Advertising measurement
With your consent, the site uses the Measurement Pixel and the Conversions API of the OpenAI advertising platform (ChatGPT Ads) to find out which advertising leads to enquiries. After you send a form, information about the enquiry may be passed to OpenAI from your browser and from our server. Before it is passed, your phone number, email address and name are normalised and turned into cryptographic SHA-256 hashes; the original contact details are not included in these advertising requests. OpenAI may use these hashes to match the enquiry to an interaction with an advertisement. The random browser identifier, the identifier of the advertising click, the address of the page without the form data, your IP address, browser type, country and city may be passed as well. If you press "Decline" in the cookie banner, OpenAI advertising measurement is switched off, the related cookies and pxp_vid are deleted, and no information about your enquiry is passed to OpenAI.
